Linlithgow Loch Catch Report – 16/06/2025 –22/06/2025

Over the week, 20 boats and 31 anglers were out; 27 fish weighing 70¼ lbs were kept, and 54 fish were returned. The successful setups used floating, Midge-tip, Di3, and Di7 with blobs/fabs buzzers, Diawl Bachs, black and green lures (especially Black Mamba), and dries.

Monday to Friday:

Linlithgow AC kept 23 fish weighing 57 lbs and returned 3; Charlie McGrath released 4 trout; Marty Nelson returned 2 Rainbows.

Nigel Muckle, fishing solo, returned 15 fish; Robin Smith and George Mackintosh released 5  into the Loch.

Saturday: A quiet day due to the weather and galas.

Sunday: Jimmy Russell returned 4 fish; Jude Whitelaw and his mate out for a few hours released 2 fish. Alan McGregor kept 1 trout for 3¾ lbs and returned 3.
